Students who have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields are encouraged to participate in the entrance examination. The subjects of the examination include: (1) Construction management and (2) Engineering economy and statistics. Usually, the entrance permission is given to examinees whose test score are among the top ten percentile. However, students with outstanding records in academic performance may obtain entrance permission by application, through a rigorous selection process set by the Institute.

Excellent master students in the Institute of Construction Engineering and Management will have the opportunity to receive an offer and to accelerate the study for a doctoral degree . However, regular doctoral students are admitted through reviewing applicant’s application package (50%) and an oral exam (50%).
